the room was comfortable i enjoyed the selection at the breakfast buffet the hotel location was good it was a 20-30 minute walk to main attractions. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. i found it easy to access tram and bus services when needed.
the cakes were dry and the eggs were overcooked.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. They quickly answered all our questions. our room had many toiletries, all were replenished daily. i liked the jacuzzi and saunawith a tranquil respite. the rooftop pool was a beautiful spot. I relaxed there many hours.
the window seals were not perfect, so the street noise was noticeable at times, i found it slightly distracting, though not a major problem.

the hotel had a good location in a quieter area. it took us approximately 15 to 20 minutes to reach main areas. santa justa train station was a 20 minute walk, or a tram stop was nearby.

pillow menu friendly staff spacious room
The hotel included a pillow menu, i appreciated this detail a lot. Front desk staff were friendly. They assisted quickly. The room was spacious and quiet. This helped with sleeping soundly.

Charming Experience in the City
city walks decent taxi rates cozy room
The hotel location worked well. It was convenient for walks into the city. Taxi rates proved decent for evenings out. I found the Front Desk staff helpful even though I don't speak Spanish. The room was cozy and always cleaned and the bathroom included a bidet spray, this I appreciated.
The tea and coffee in the rooms are strange. I only get two tea bags a day. One is camomile. I would like coffee. There is no milk.

The hotel pool was a welcome respite. I like the hot weather. The gym requires a makeover. It need better air con. There are ample lifts, I found four.

The hotel location was very convenient. I walked to the start of the race. It only took about 5 mins north of the Plaza D'Espania. The hotel is well located with easy access to the historic centre.

Breakfast is good I felt. There is plenty of choice. I didn't see lactose or dairy free options. I had drinks a couple of times. Breakfast one morning in the ground floor cafe bar was good too. It was a reasonable price.
